Marguerite Marzec

Marguerite L. (Baker) Marzec, of Fenton, MI, formerly of Flushing, MI, age 90, passed away on February 14, 2020. A funeral service will be held 12 PM Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 Broad St., Linden. Deacon Wayne Corrion will officiate. Interment at St. Roberts Cemetery.  The family will receive visitors 10AM until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or National Kidney Foundation. Marguerite was born January 19, 1930, graduated high school, and married John L. Marzec on August 12, 1950.  She worked for Flushing School district and Lane Bryant; loved caring for her children and grandchildren; enjoyed decorating special occasion cakes and had a passion of coloring. Marguerite is survived by her children, Peggy (Matt) Loomis and John M. Marzec; grandchildren: Leslie (Scott) Reece, Susie Loomis, Angie Spuehler, Steve Spuehler, Melissa (Gordon) Mausolf. She has 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, three sons, parents, and siblings.
