Marge Kathleen KELLEY

KELLEY, Marge Kathleen - Age 96, of Fenton, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Genesys Hospice. Marge was born August 11, 1914 in Linden, the daughter of Frank and Mary Johnson. She was a 1931 graduate of Fenton High School. Marge married Lee E. Kelley on April 18, 1936; he preceded her in death on March 1, 1981. Mrs. Kelley owned and operated Kelley's Ice Cream Parlor in the 1940's and 1950's. She also owned Kelley's Virginia Bar until 1963. Surviving are: son, Jon C. and wife Jodi Kelley of Pinckney; daughter, Norma Foley of Fenton; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
