Margaret Goins

GOINS, Margaret 'Colleen' - age 60, of Lennon, died Saturday, November 15, 2008 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. A service will be held 7 PM Monday, November 17, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Rev. Jimmy Hibbard officiating. Visitation will be held 11-2 and 4 PM until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family. Colleen was born April 23, 1948 in Wilksbarre, PA, the daughter of William Howard and Eleanor Joan (Grant) Diggs. She married Romey Goins in 1966. Colleen was a nurse's aide for many years working mostly at Crestmont in Fenton. She enjoyed crafts, especially ceramics and painting. Surviving are: husband, Romey; two daughters, Becky Goins Hinz of Fenton; Jennifer and husband, Timothy Goodman of Gaines; two grandchildren, Wade Goins and Amanda Hinz; two brothers, William Diggs and wife, Kathy of Fenton, Michael Diggs of Lewiston; many dear friends.
