DOLAN, Margaret Ann - Passed away peacefully on March 2, 2021. Funeral services will be held 12PM Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Tara Sutton will officiate. (The service will also be live-streamed and can be viewed on Margaret's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held 4-7 PM Friday and from 11AM until the time of service Saturday. Burial will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Margaret was born to the late Raymond and Mabel Brinker on May 7, 1932 in Flint. She was the second born of 13 siblings. She graduated from Central High School and joined the Navy Reserves as a Wave. Margaret was married to George Dolan in 1953; they lived in Flint, before moving to Linden in 1968. George preceded her in death on September 24, 2020. Margaret is survived by her four children, Chuck (Kris) Dolan of Conway, Arkansas, Elaine (Mark) Schmidt of Grand Blanc, Pat (Carol) Dolan of Cadillac, Tim (Mary Jane) Dolan of Goodrich. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Mike, Kelli, Patrick, Daniel, Kathryn, Rachel and Allison. Margaret enjoyed family outings, especially the holidays. She was an avid bowler, card player and in her younger years, figure skater. She was a member of South Mundy United Methodist Church for over 50 years. Margaret was also a member of NCOA Chapter 1500 Trailblazers. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but wonderful memories.
