COLLETT, Margaret Ann Peggy  Age 84, of Fenton, died September 22, 2004 at her daughter Judys residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, September 25, 2004 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 Adelaide St., Fenton, Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. Judes Childrens Fund, American Cancer Society, or The Childrens Fund. Mrs. Collett was born April 7, 1920 in Scarbro, West Virginia, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Holmes) Armstrong. She had resided in Fenton the past 9 years coming from Lake LeAnn in Jerome, MI. She was married to Jack E. Collett in Detroit and he had preceded her in death. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and a former member of St. Francis DeSales in Detroit. She had been employed by Comerica Bank (Manufacturers National Bank) for 25 years. Surviving are: 2 daughters, Jacquelyn and husband Lawrence Carpenter of Tyrone Township, Judith and husband James Safford of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Judith and husband Gerald Ribble, John and wife Laura Carpenter, Stephen and wife Gina Carpenter, Patrick and wife Allison Carpenter, Joel Carpenter, Jessica Safford, James Safford; and 9 great-grandchildren.
