Margaret Lorraine BARRON

BARRON, Margaret Lorraine - age 93 of Fenton, died Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Fenton Health Care. Funeral mass will be celebrated 1 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 310 N. Cherry St., Flushing with Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 3-9 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Monday. Visitation will also be held 12 PM until time of mass Tuesday at the church. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Mrs. Barron was born January 7, 1919 in Flint, the daughter of Samuel D. and Emma A. (Mielke) Neil. She married Bernard L. Barron on August 29, 1942 in Flint and he preceded her in death on January 19, 2007. Mrs. Barron was a graduate of Flint Central High School and a former member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Surviving are: seven children, Neil Barron of Barryton, MI, Martin "Jan" (Carol) Barron of Flint, Brian Barron of Barryton, MI, Michelle Barron of Foster City, CA, Helen Hynan of Flushing, Curtis (Karen) Barron of Flint; 12 grandchildren, Joseph, Kelly (Paula), Stephanie, Angie, Nicole, Emily (Mark), Alex, Celeste, Marissa, John, Carrie (Aaron), and Andrew; five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Carl and granddaughter, Marcy. Friends may share an online tribute on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
