Mae Lena Ramberg

RAMBERG, Mae Lena -- Age 81, of Swartz Creek, died September 26, 2010 at her home. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Thursday, September 30 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Wendell Wood officiating. Interment in Flint Memorial park, Mt.Morris. Visitation will be 10 AM - 9 PM Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions to Baring Cross Baptist Church, 3242 Whitney Ave., Flint, MI 48532. Mae was born August 29, 1929 in Flint the daughter of Robert and Vera (Fluent) Ferrier. She married Conrad A. Ramberg on November 29, 1946 in Flint; he preceded her in death December 25, 2002. She was a devoted member of Baring Cross Baptist Church. She loved her family and church family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed. Surviving are: five children, Loma Linda Price, Marlene Cannon, Connstance and husband Doyle Blaisdell, all of Swartz Creek, Bruce and wife Maggie Ramberg, Sharon and husband Johnny Cole all of Davison; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, DeRay and wife Jean Ferrier, Bill and wife Mary Ferrier; sister Roberta Abels; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Conrad; and son-in-law Charles Price. Mrs. Ramberg's family extends a special thanks to Avalon Hospice for their loving care provided.
