WINTER, Mackenzie Lynn - Age 23, of Fenton, died Sunday, May 8, 2016. Funeral Liturgy will be held 2 PM, Friday, May 13, 2016, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Celebrant, Fr. Dwight Ezop. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton; and 1 PM until the time of service at church Friday. Contributions may be made to Michigan Association for Suicide Prevention c/o Mary Baukus, 2220 Mershon Street Saginaw, MI 48602 Mackenzie was born July 9, 1992 in Flint, the daughter of Richard Winter and Lynnea (Ohl) Harding. She was a 2010 graduate of Fenton High School. Mackenzie was employed as a hostess at Sagebrush Cantina, Fenton. She was previously a C.N.A. at an Assisted Living Facility, were she very much enjoyed helping the elderly patients. Mackenzie loved children and making people smile. She was an accomplished artist, especially painting and drawing. Surviving are: mother, Lynnea (John) Harding; father, Richard Winter; siblings, Melissa (Julian), Michele, Richard (Jessica), Jay (Lindsey), James, Brittany (Aaron), Rashelle (Travis), and Jordan.
