Lynwood Rowe Weber 'Jack'

WEBER, Lynwood Rowe 'Jack' - Age 72, of Durand, died Monday, October 30, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, November 3, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek with Pastor Goodman Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Vernon. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 5-9 PM Wednesday and 1-9 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Mr. Weber was born September 11, 1934 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Marvin and Katherine Weber. He was married to Betty (Strait) McBean on March 23, 1968 in Flint, and she preceded him in death in 1999. He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from GM Pontiac Truck and Bus. He loved to play cards, play shuffleboard, bowl, and watch sports on television. He leaves to cherish his memory 7 children, Rick (Michelle) Weber of FL, Mark Weber of Durand, Judyann (Larry) Singleton of Burton, Roy (Donna) McBean of Flint, Cynthia Farrow of Perry, Douglas (Cynthia) McBean of Corunna, Mike McBean of Flint; 21 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Mervin (Betty) Weber of IL. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty in 1999; grandson, Luke Farrow in 2000; son-in-law, Wade Farrow in 2004; sister, Josephine.
