Luther Yates

YATES, Luther - Age 92, of Flint, passed away December 13, 2021. No services will be held and interment will be in Monte Vista Burial Park in Johnson, TN. Luther was born August 4, 1929 in Erwin, TN, the son of Noah and Mary Etta Yates. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Luther was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He is survived by special friends, Karen King (David Huffman), Michael King, Zachary Langbein, Joe and Karen Cunningham and Ronnie Brock; special nephew and nieces, Calvin "Lucky" Miller, Valerie Miller, Judy Haun and the Honeycutt children.
