Lula Norris

NORRIS, Lula Belle - Age 94, of Fenton, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, November 10, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Walter McConkey officiating. Lula Belle was born June 11, 1923 in Pontiac, the daughter of John and Anabelle (Watson) Jennings. She was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Army. She married Benjamin L. Norris January 2, 1946 in Pontiac and he preceded her in death February 12, 1986. She retired from Pratt and Whitney in West Palm Beach, FL. Lula Belle was a former member of Fenton Bible Church. Surviving are: her children, Louis (Mary) Norris of Eden Prairie, MN, Peggy (Robert) Roberts of Fenton, Donald (Carol) Norris of Porter, TX, and Penny Dougherty of Fenton; grandchildren, Stefanie Roberts, Stacy (Andre) Fairbanks, Jason Roberts, Damon Norris, and Autumn Norris; great grandchildren, Ryland, Averi, Zane, Kason; and nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Winnie Beith, Thurley Evans, and Aldena Snyder; brothers, Kenneth and Watson Jennings.
