She married Donald Leach on August 16, 1997. Luella is survived by her husband of 25 years, Donald; 3 children, Ashley Welch, Jordon Leach and Harmony Leach; 2 grandchildren; brother, Michael (that Laurie girl) Spence; sister-in-law, Barb Spence; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Spence; mother, Luella Todd; brothers, Lloyd Spence and Patrick Spence; brother, Richard on September 5, 2022.
