Lucy Melissa VANLOAN

VANLOAN, Lucy Melissa - Age 88, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, May 26, 2011. Visitation will be held 2-6 PM Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Burial will be in The Fountains Memorial Park Cemetery in Homosassa, FL. Lucy was born January 7, 1923 in Flint, the daughter of Frederick and Lucy (Rusaw) Pierce. She was married to Richard VanLoan, who preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. VanLoan lived in Florida for 23 years before returning to Michigan in 2001. Surviving are: daughter, Frances and husband John Blair; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
