DINSMORE, Lucy R.- Age 94, of Ovid, formerly of Placerville, CA, died March 24, 2019. Services will be held 1PM Friday, March 29, 2019 at Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel, 11851 Van Dyke Street, Detroit. Arrangements handled by Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel at our temporary location Hill Creek Church 5363 Hill Road, Swartz Creek (Mundy Township) Lucy was born September 22, 1924 in LaFollette, TN, the daughter of Reason and Elizabeth(Rowe) Smiddy. She married Wiley Matthew Dinsmore. Lucy was employed as a Vegetable Packer for many years. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening. Lucy especially love to help family and friends in their time of need. Surviving are: children, Geraldine Mills, and Billy (Joyce) Dinsmore; grandchildren, Chris Mills, Matthew (Tina) Mills, and Amy Dinsmore; nieces, Priscilla (Doug) Frizell, and Joyce (Marvin) Roe.
