Luanna Claire LeFavour

LeFavour, Luanna Claire (Cross) - Age 81, of Flint Township, died Thursday, March 6, 2025. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, March 13 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday, March 12; and from 10 AM Thursday, March 13 until the time of the service at 11 AM at the funeral home.

Luanna was born February 7, 1944 in Flint, the daughter of Ray R. and Pauline L. (Ziegel) Cross. She was a graduate of Flint Northern High School and the Pointe Beauty Academy. Luanna married Roy LeFavour on May 23, 1998 in Flint. She retired from Meijer bakery where she was a cake decorator. Luanna was an avid tandem bicyclist and past member of the Genesee Wanderers Bicycle Club. She served as the Sunday School Administrator at Swartz Creek United Methodist Church, was the best homeroom mother ever at Gaines Elementary, and was a member of the Locomotion Square Dance Club. Luanna enjoyed arts and crafts, Legos, and making wedding and birthday cakes, especially for her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are: son, Allen (Carla) Murphy of Flushing; daughter, Alison (Larry Noller) Murphy of Downers Grove, IL; stepchildren, Samuel (Theresa) LeFavour of Swartz Creek and Adrienne (Scott) Allen of Davison; and eight grandchildren, Noah, David, Grace, Thomas, Sean, Trystan, Mason, and Corbin. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her brother, Lee Cross.
