Louise Lola (Dolehanty) Jarrad

JARRAD, Louise Lola - age 72 of Gaines, passed away September 17, 2024. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, September 21 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9450 Duffield Rd., Gaines, MI 48436 with Rev. Fr. Arockiyasamy Santhiyagu, msfs. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Gaines. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM Friday, September 20, 2024, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 where a scripture service will be held at 7 PM Friday. Visitation will also be held from 10 AM - 11 AM Saturday at the church. Louise was born January 31, 1952, in Gaines, the daughter of Leo Frances and Wilma Lola (Gilbert) Dolehanty. She married Randy Clark Jarrad on April 29, 1972, and he preceded her in death on April 13, 1995. Surviving are: two sons, Randy (Luan) Jarrad and Jeremiah (Denise) Jarrad; nine grandchildren, Nicolas Jarrad, Marissa (Blake) Mayes, Gavin Jarrad, Jeremiah (Braegan) Jarrad, Lola Jarrad, Ella Jarrad, Axel Jarrad, Josie Durish, and Hunter Tallman; two great-grandchildren, Colton and Shepherd Mayes; nine siblings, Judy (Jim) Gooding, Leo Dolehanty, Mary Allison, Margie Straughn, Richard (Kathy) Dolehanty, Ronald (Barb) Dolehanty, Loretta (Bob) Clifford, Sue Mills, Shirley Dolehanty, Cathy Dolehanty, and Carrie Dolehanty; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy, parents, Leo and Wilma Dolehanty, daughter, Angel Jarrad, and infant daughter, Amy Sue. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
