Louella May Robart

ROBART, Louella May -- Age 86, passed away March 27, 2011 at her residence. Funeral Services will be help 1 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Rev. Audrey Charlton officiating. Louella was born at home on September 4, 1924 in Traverse City, Michigan, the daughter of Howard and Rose (Nash) Lewis. She worked as a medical secretary in Kalamazoo until marrying Bruce Robart on December 22, 1950. The couple moved to Flint where Bruce taught in the Flint schools and Louella found her life long career as an elementary and kindergarten teacher in the Swartz Creek schools. Surviving are daughter, Michelle Robart of California and niece Curlista Lewis of Lansing. She was preceded in death by her husband, sister, and daughter Suzanne Robart. Her associates would like to recognize the efforts of Homewood Village, TLC and Dr. and Mrs. Schumacher in making her final years as comfortable and satisfying as possible.
