Louann Nagy

NAGY, Louann, age 58 of Holly, passed away peacefully at home, with her family by her side, on Saturday, July 22, 2023.  A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church located at 6805 Bluegrass Drive, Clarkston, Michigan.  Entombment will follow at the All Saints Cemetery in Waterford, Michigan.  The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of service.  Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Louann to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).

Louann was born on October, 24, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Philip Walter and Patricia Ann (Denecour) Caskey.  She married Ronald Alan Nagy on August 13, 1983 in Livonia, Michigan.  Louann attended Calvary Lutheran Church in Clarkston and she enjoyed party planning, the holidays, camping, fishing, bingo and she cherished time spent with her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Ron.  Children, Shannon (Kevin) Stoll of Fenton and Dylan Nagy of Holly.  Granddaughters, Makynze and Rylie.  Sister, Cynthia (Donald) Young of Milford.  Also surviving are many extended family members and friends.

Mrs. Nagy was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ronald Nagy, Jr.; sister, Pamela Clark; and her furry friend, Pogo.
