COLVIN, Lorna Mae Bye - Age 85, of Grand Blanc, formerly of Lincoln MI, died November 28, 2014. Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, December 1, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Jeremy Africa officiating. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Sunday and 11 AM until time of service Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to Alzheimer's Association. Lorna was born March 26, 1929 in Clio, the daughter of Robert and Era (Soule) Thrower. She graduated Kearsley High School class of 1947. She was a member of Goodrich United Methodist Church. She was a former member of Lincoln United Methodist Church, Goodrich Hospital Auxiliary, Goodrich Ladies Club and Goodrich Band Parents. Lorna is survived by her children, Weston (Sue) Bye of Grand Blanc, Kelly (Amy) Bye of Davison, Julie (Wayne) Stevens of Lincoln, Lori (Elgie) Long of Lincoln; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Prudence. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, William Bye and Lynn Colvin; four sisters, Helen, Velma, Mary, Rosalee.
