Lois Ann Tankersley

Tankersley, Lois Ann - Age 92, of Flint, died April 13, 2025.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 22 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Monday April 21; and 10 AM until the time of the funeral Tuesday April 22. Those desiring may make contributions to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church .

Lois was born August 25, 1932 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Lyle Everett Bickell and Eva Elizabeth (Graf) Bickell. She was a graduate of Flint Technical High School. She was a lifelong resident of Flint. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She married David George Tankersley on January 3, 1953; he preceded her in death June 21, 2002. Lois loved the outdoors, knitting and the casinos. Surviving are: children, Charles David (Tina) Tankersley, Sally Jo (Richard) Grant, Carol Ann (Glen) Verdoux; grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Shawn, Peter, Michael and Brian; several great-grandchildren; sister Sandra Yettaw; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, and brothers Richard and Bernard.
