Lois Polmatier

POLMATIER. Lois Lyvonne - age 76, of Flint, died December 7, 2019. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11:30 AM - 12 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society. She was born May 31, 1943 in Rockhouse, KY, the daughter of Odas and Pebble (Mercier) Rowe. She married Charles Polmatier, Jr. on October 22, 1960 and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2003. Lois was a custodian with Bendle Schools for many years. Surviving are: daughter, Sherry Polmatier (Mark Wroten) of Livonia; son, Danny Polmatier (Alden Hook) of Flint; siblings, Larry (Judy) Rowe of Swartz Creek, MI, Wanda Coleman of Elkhorn City, KY, Margarette (Roger) Lawson of Elkhorn City, KY, Donnie (Donna) Rowe of Rockhouse, KY, Gary (Ginny) Rowe of Rockhouse, KY, and Kinnith (Minnie) Rowe of Raccoon, KY; two fur-babies, Huey and Dewey; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her husband, her parents, and sister, Nell Cantrell. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to nieces, Jacquilyn, Geri, Patti, and Judy; caregivers, Rebecca, Bobbie Jo, Michele, Linda and Medical Team Hospice, especially, Claudia, Peyonca, Jennifer, Cory and Sharon.
