Lois Lucas

LUCAS, Lois Helen - Age 85, of Fenton, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Burial in Riddle Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association. Lois was born August 30, 1930 in Ceres, Virginia the daughter of Walter J. and Zella M. (Hilton) Kitts. She married Odell Lucas June 25, 1955 and he preceded her in death February 7, 1978. She had resided in Fenton for the past 13 years coming from Hartland/Howell. Lois was a member of Hardy Methodist Church. Surviving are: 3 children, Susan (Jerry) Cobb of Jackson, Robert (Pamela) Lucas of Fenton, and John (Kimberly) Lucas of Fenton; grandchildren, Jason (Melissa) Lucas of Florida, Justin Lucas (Danielle Solano) of Denver, Lindsay (Bradley) Hartwell of Wolverine Lake, Leah Lucas of Grand Haven, and Andrew Lucas of Fenton; great grandchildren, Brady Lucas, Lucas Hartwell, and Hannah Lucas; sister, Louise (Merle) Warner of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
