SELLE, Lloyd H. -- Age 89, of Fenton, formerly of Jackson, died September 22, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Monday, September 28 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 806 Main St., Fenton, Pastor Dean Dumbrille officiating. Entombment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be 7-9 PM Saturday, 2-5 and 7-9 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton; and 10 AM until the time of the funeral at church on Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church, Fenton. Mr. Selle was born December 16, 1919 in Flint the son of Harry M. and Elsie (Schultz) Selle. He married Donna M. Coats in 1944 in Flint. Mr. Selle attended GMI and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. He retired from Consumers Power with over 40 years of service in Gas Engineering. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and had served on the Board of Education for St. Paul Lutheran Church, Flint. Surviving are: three children, Judy A. and husband Phillip Price of Fenton, Charles A. and wife Brenda Selle of Erie, MI, Ronald C. and wife Wendy of Boise, ID; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Richard and wife Judy Selle of FL; two sisters, Marilyn and husband Jack McKee of Flint, Eleanor Barlow of Waterford; several nieces and nephews.
