DRUMM, Lloyd A.- Age 90 of Satsuma, FL, formerly of Flint, passed away at his home with his loving wife of 39 years by his side on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. A Masonic Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Â Â Interment will immediately follow at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 5-8 PM Friday. Lloyd was born on Tuesday, May 7, 1918 in Flint, to the late Charley and Jewel Drumm. He was a WWII Veteran serving in the US Army and worked for Chevrolet Flint Assembly where he retired after 33 years of dedicated service. He later moved to Florida where he worked as a Security Officer at St. Johns Community College where he retired after 17 years in February, 2007. Lloyd's hobbies included hunting and fishing with his true passion being chased by blondes and brunettes but not red heads because "they have to bad of a temper". Lloyd was a 65 year member of the Masonic Lodge in Michigan, a member of the Lions Club, VFW, and American Legion. Mr. Drumm was preceded in death by his previous wife of 23 years, Pauline Drumm. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sally Drumm of Satsuma, FL; sons, Charles Drumm and William Drumm and wife, Julie of West Branch; daughters, Chris Drumm and Companion, Tony, Sr. of Satsuma, FL, Helen Yopp of West Branch, Lillian Yopp of Flint; brother, Jack LaVoilette and spouse, Shirley of West Branch; 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
