Lloyd Euphus Caldwell

CALDWELL, Lloyd Euphus  Age 94 of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, November 13, 2005 at Durand Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, with Pastor Lawrence Gill officiating. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Caldwell was born September 16, 1911 in Srepta, MS, the son of John and Lilly (Bryant) Caldwell. He married Thelma Jeffryes on July 4, 1936 in Perryville, AR and she preceded him in death in 2000. Mr. Caldwell retired from Buick Motor Company after 23 years of service. He was a member of the Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are: four children, Stanley (Irene) Caldwell of Durand/Florida, Bobby (Sheree) Caldwell of Grand Blanc, Sharon (Dennis) Bentley of Lennon, Grant Caldwell of Bancroft; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; four siblings, Mildred Moore of MS, Johnny (Coy) Caldwell of AR, J.D.
