Lister Maggie Pickett

PICKETT, Lister Maggie - Age 88, of Linden, died Friday, October 5, 2007 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday, October 8, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Pastor William Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8PM Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Pickett was born January 20, 1919 in Keiser, Arkansas the daughter of Loyd and Mary Ella (Oliver) Kirby and lived in the Brighton area the last 40 years. She married Avery Pickett and he preceded her in death in May 1999. Surviving are her daughter, Ann P. and husband Arlo Berry of Linden; several grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ben and wife Maurine Kirby of Brighton, Melvin Kirby of Muskegon.
