Lisa Marie Mora

MORA, Lisa Marie, age 57 of Fenton, Passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2023. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday. December 5, 2023 at St. John Catholic Church located at 600 N. Adelaide Street, Fenton, Michigan. Burial will follow at St. John Catholic Cemetery.  The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 AM Tuesday until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Lisa to Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton, Michigan (www.adoptapetfenton.com).

Lisa was born on September 7, 1966 in Flint, Michigan to Rudy and Eleanor (Jean) Mora.  She graduated from Fenton High School in 1984. She then went on to graduate from Ferris State University in 1988 with a degree in Medical Records Administration.  Lisa took pride in her work and over the years she was employed at various hospitals and medical facilities across the nation.  Lisa loved to cook and share her favorite recipes with friends and family.  She loved her cats, her special “fur babies”, and was very proud to be “Aunt Lisa” to her many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Lisa is survived by her mother, Eleanor Mora, brothers, Tom (Jan), Chris (Helene), Tony (Linda), and Peter (Mary); sisters, Michele, Jean (Gordon), Susan, Carrie (Bruce), Cathy, and Ann (Phil); as well as, her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father,  Rudy Mora and brother-in-laws,  Dennis Fassett and Matthew Zielinski.
