HOLDERBAUM, Lisa Michele (Martin) - Age 66, of Fenton, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 26, 2023 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Lisa's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Fr. Robert Copeland and Chaplain Jody Porter officiating. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Friday August 25 from 4-8 PM and at church Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tunnels to Towers or Wounded Warrior Project.
Lisa was born February 8, 1957 in Flint, the daughter of Robert and Sharon (Torr) Martin. She was a 1975 graduate of Lake Fenton High School. She married Russell Holderbaum June 3, 1989 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Fenton. She had resided in Fenton most of her life. Lisa owned and operated the Holly Donut Shop; she also had been employed at the Laundry in Fenton and Tomek Elementary as a playground aide. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and most of all spending time with her family. She was a very giving person, putting everyone else first. She had a big heart and a beautiful soul.
Surviving are: her husband, Russell; children, Andrew (Cristie) Walden of Gaines, Katie Walden of Fenton, Cody Holderbaum of Fenton and Mollie Holderbaum of Fenton; grandchildren, Mason and Avery Walden; mother, Sharon (Paul) Dorland of Fenton; siblings, Thomas (Luanne) Martin, Michael (Laurie) Martin and Melanie (Steve) Pruiett all of Fenton; step-sister, Lora (John) Dunlap of Tacoma, WA; step-brother, Jeff (Denise) Dorland of Fenton; sister-in-law, Debbie (Leroy) Ward of Mt. Morris; brothers-in-law, Rick (Robin) Holderbaum of Davison, Rod (Lynne) Holderbaum of Ocala, FL and Randy Holderbaum of Flint; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Chris Walden; father and step mother, Robert and Janet Martin; daughter, Mollie Rose; in-laws, Herbert and Shirley Holderbaum; step sister, Paula Arnst; and step brother, Scott Dorland. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuenralhomes.com.
