BRANDON-EDWARDS, Lisa Marie - Age 44, of Fenton, died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 5, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, with Pastor Jim Wiegand officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Lisa was born December 12, 1965 in Flint, the daughter of Edward G. and Dorothy J. (Srda) Brandon. She was a 1984 graduate of Hamady High School and received her Bachelors in Nursing from Mott Community College. She was employed by Genesys Health Park as a RN. Lisa had resided in Fenton for the past 6 years coming from Grand Blanc. She married Ray A. Edwards March 2, 2009 in Hawaii. She was a member of the Freedom Center in Fenton. Surviving are: husband, Ray A. Edwards; 2 stepsons, Matt and wife Crystal Edwards of Plymouth and David Edwards of Novi; mother, Dorothy Brandon of Flushing; sister, Joann and husband Gary Liddell of Flushing; 2 brothers, Edward and wife Lynette Brandon of St. Johns and Scott Brandon of Flushing; mother-in-law, Bonnie Edwards; sister-in-law, Jean and husband Jeff Wixom of South Lyon; brother-in-law, Rob and wife Sara Edwards of Brighton; several special nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Brandon. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at Henry Ford Hospital for their exceptional care of Lisa.
