Linda Mary WELLS

WELLS, Linda Mary age 74 of Owosso A faithful servant of God went to be with her Lord on February 8, 2014. Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 on Wednesday, February 12 and 10:00AM until the time of service on Thursday. Linda was born in Alpena, Michigan on March 2, 1939, the daughter of Daniel and Erselene (Fradette) Lasecki. She married Harold Wells on July 19, 1980 in Flint. Linda was a member of the American Legion Post 422. She retired from Fisher Body Plant One and dedicated her life to helping others in need. She worked for 20 years at Hale Area FISH Organization where she established the Baby Pantry and managed the Food Bank. In her spare time she loved to paint. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Harold Wells, Daughters Lynn (Chuck) DeWolf, Debra Srnek, Sally Buchler, son Mark (Jeannie) Wells, daughters Genie Hinson, Brenda (Paul) Richter, sons Robert Buchler, and Richard Wells, 23 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, mother Erselene Fradette, brother David Lasecki, sisters Louise (David) Barth and Eugenie Warrick, and brother Evan Lasecki. She was preceded in death by her father Daniel Lasecki, brother Michael Lasecki, sister Janice (Dick) Spens and mother-in-law Clois Wells.
