Linda Proffer

Proffer, Linda Sue - Age 61, of  Flint Township, died February 9, 2022. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center,  6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Linda was born June 4, 1960 in Flint the daughter of Oather Allen McPherson and Helen Sue (Harrington) McPherson. She was a graduate of Atherton High School. Linda loved gardening, flowers, elephants, and animals.  She had a beautiful smile and eyes, and a really big heart. She touched more lives than she realized. She would always see the best in someone even when they were at their worst. She had an open door policy. She was loved by many. Linda had a great enthusiasm even for the simplest things.   Surviving are: two sons, Zachery (Rachel) Shafer of Cleveland, Ohio, Thomas Shafer II of Flint Township; mother, Helen McPherson, father, Oather McPherson; siblings, Janet McPherson, Scot (Julie) McPherson; nieces and nephews, Rachel, Tommy, Patrick and Tyler; her dog, Romeo; her five cats; and her bird Charlie.
