MANIAK, Linda Mary (Polidan) - age 64, of Fenton, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at her residence with hospice care. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, December 31, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton with Rev. Fr. Dwight Ezop celebrant. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Wednesday. Visitation will also be held 10 AM - 11 AM Thursday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center (www.mcancer.org). Linda was born October 22, 1951 in Flint, the daughter of Joseph and Adeline (Runge) Polidan and graduated from Lake Fenton High School. She had worked at Don's Drugstore, Hamady Grocery, Pillsbury Company and Hershey Company as a Sales Representative. Linda is survived by: her husband of 33 years, John Maniak; two children, Angela and Matthew Maniak; sisters, Delcie Davis, Rebecca Thornell, Toni Kondel, and Kris Polidan; brothers, Tom, David, Michael, James, Fred and Tim Polidan; Several nieces and nephews.
