Linda Labarge

Linda Jewel (Fuson) Bruce LaBarge, age 72, of Mt. Morris, went home to her Lord and Savior on April 3, 2021, after an illness of pancreatic cancer. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. She was born in Pineville, Kentucky, daughter of Herbert and Lena Sarah (Greer) Fuson on February 2, 1949. She went to Southwestern and Mt. Morris schools graduating from Mt. Morris 1966. She worked as a caregiver at Cameron Adult Foster Care Home in Clio. Other jobs she enjoyed was being a landlord, secretary, real estate agent, and security guard. She was a member of a Baptist church after giving her life to Jesus at a young age. She lived humbly and had great faith in God passing that legacy on to her family. Traits she was known for were being kind, generous, honest, forgiving, and encouraging. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Fuson, in May of 2003 and a great granddaughter, Piper, in March of 2021 as well as special friends Ronnie Rodgerson and Shawn Harrison. In Heaven, she will enjoy taking care of Piper and gardening! She is survived by her mother, Lena Fuson, from Mt. Morris, brother, Gary (sister in law, Linda) Fuson of Mt. Morris, sister, Sharie Cameron (brother in law Brad Wirgau) of Clio, MI, daughter Wendy and husband Gene Lukonen of Clio, Mi, daughter Tammy and husband Bryan Edwards of Warrenville, IL, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren: Kristen (Spencer) Bunton and daughter Nimue of Clio, MI, Katelyn (Daniel) Angel of Clio, MI, Levi (Lexi) Lukonen and children Malaki, Lenya, and Piper of Apex North Carolina , Dustin Edwards in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Amanda (Michael) and son (coming in May) Dundas in Indianapolis, IN. nephews, Shannon (Angie) Cameron, Tommy Cameron, nieces, Misty Dunn and Tiffany Fuson. Great nephews and nieces: Grace, Quincy, Reagan, Reece, Owen Cameron and Elijah Rodriguez, Brooklynn and McKenzie Dunn. A special thank you to nurses Stacie and Kaitlyn from Caroline Hospice.
