Linda Ann Gent

GENT, Linda Ann - Age 67, of Fenton, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A service to celebrate Linda's life will be announced at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Linda was born August 8, 1957 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Frank and Viola (Engle) Karppinen. She married Paul D. Gent August 18, 2008 in Lebanon, VA. She had resided in Fenton since 2001 coming from Flint. She worked as a Home Health Care Provider. Linda enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her husband, Paul; children, Chea Bennett of Fenton, Jim (Samantha) Bennett of Flint, Amber (Jason Manning) Bennett of Davison and Aaron (Shana Smith) Smith of Flint; grandchildren, Nikolas, Jordan, Olivia, Amiya, Ethan, Kole, Neiko and Izabella; sisters, Cathy Haskins of Pennsylvania and Laura (Wayne) Biros of Colorado; and several nieces and nephews.
