Linda Belle Cramer-Wenta, age 75, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023. A funeral service will take place 12 PM on Saturday January 6, 2024 at NewLife Community Lutheran Church, 7235 Torrey Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Matt Hein will preside with burial following in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will take place on Saturday from 10AM until time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations will support the Rogel Cancer Center Gift Fund (Wilcox) at the University of Michigan. Linda was born on June 17, 1948 in Flint the daughter of the late Michael and Roma (Burlingame) Mizisin. She graduated from Flint Central High School, class of 1966, she also attended Mott community College pursuing Art. Linda was owner and operator of Russell Collection Agency Inc. (RCA) for 50 years before her retirement in 2020. She worked tirelessly for her success, was a great teacher of the business and considered RCA a stepping stone for many employees. She was a member of the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies, American Collectors Association International, the Swartz Creek American Legion Auxiliary, and the Genesee Sportsman's Club and in 1977 she was the Michigan Women Trap Shooting State Champion. Linda was a Patriot and believed in "Backing the Blue"
Linda had a love for family, gardening, and green house, and her cabin on Round Lake in National City near Tawas. She enjoyed beaches in SW Florida, Englewood, Manasota and Boca Grande.
Linda was also a huge animal lover and treasured her many cats, dogs, and horses over the years. Including her surviving pets, Finn, Molly and Zora. Linda Loved the Lord Jesus and had great faith in God.
She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Jerry Wenta; daughter, Katharine (Dwayne) Cramer-Raupp; granddaughter, Mira Raupp; and brother, Dennis Mizisin.
