Linda Charney

CHARNEY, Linda Mae - age 73, of Flint, passed away June 18, 2020. A Graveside service will be held at a later date at Sunset Hills Cemetery 4413 Flushing Rd., Flint. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes Fenton, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. The Rev. Paul  Ytterock officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Humane Society of Genesee County.

Linda was born May 1, 1947 in Flint, the daughter of Jack and Clara (Vogl) Brown. She graduated from Flint Central High School and was a homemaker. Linda was a very active member of First Presbyterian Church of Flint where she served as an Usher and Deacon. She especially loved serving as a tour guide of the church during the Back to the Bricks events. Linda also assisted as a greeter for the Bereavement Counseling Meetings at church. She loved her pet dogs.

Linda is survived by : her son, David (Toni) Dujik, and granddaughter, Elliot Dujik.
