JONES, Lillie Louise -- Age 79, of Linden, died April 28 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, May 1 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden, Minister Mark Aites officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be 12-2 and 4-8 PM Friday. Lillie was born April 22, 1931 in Canalou, Missouri the daughter of Gilbert and Dollie (Hodge) Asher. She married Robert G. Jones March 11, 1949; he preceded her in death October 13, 2009. Surviving are: children, Clarence R. Jones, Mary Louise (Gary) Keefer, Curtis M. (Rebecca) Jones, Carol Ann (Edward) Weston; daughter-in-law Sharon; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; three sisters Lillian Jones, Bertie Barber, Dottie (Buddy) Carter; two brothers Gilbert (Linda) Asher, Cecil (Hassel) Asher; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; and sons, Donald Leon Jones, Terry Lee Jones, Thomas Wayne Jones. Those desiring may make contributions to the Swartz Creek Church of Christ Food Bank.
