GREEN, Lillie E. "Peggy" - age 80, of Fenton, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Henry Ford Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, July 6, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be held 4-7 PM Sunday and 12 - 1 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Green was born November 18, 1934, the daughter of John and May Christian. She married Jesse Green and he preceded her in death in 1972. Mrs. Green was a writer and a nanny. Surviving are: son, Rodney Green of Fenton; two daughters, Sandra Green Landau and husband, Stephen of Northville, Deborah Philippi and husband, Richard, Sr. of Fenton; two grandsons, Richard Philippi, Jr. and Andrew Philippi, both of New York City; beloved sister, Eva Maxine Irwin of Gaines and 9 other siblings; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Laurel Lee Chapman; beloved doctor, Dr. Pankaj Vakharia of Holly, who went above and beyond as a physician and friend; Dr. Brian Murphy of Holly.
