Lexington Rae Cook

Lexington Rae Cook, our precious baby girl passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Mott Children's Hospital, Ann Arbor. The family will receive visitors from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. A dinner will take place following the visitation. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family for the care of her twin sister, Raleigh. 

Lexington was born on January 22, 2025 in Ann Arbor the daughter of Brett and Shelby (Warner) Cook. In addition to her parents, Lexington was survived by her loving siblings, Brayson, Charlotte, Savannah, Memphis and Raleigh. She also leaves behind her grandparents, Dennis and Sherry Warner, Don and Kelly Cook, and Theresa and Mike Bergquist. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
