Lester Muma

MUMA, Lester L. - age 50, of Flint, passed away March 1, 2020.  Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint.  A graveside service will follow at 3 PM Thursday at Nester Township Cemetery, Roscommon.  Visitation will be 12-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to the family.

Lester was born April 27, 1969 in Flint, the son of Floyd Earl and Permelia "Pam" Ann (Murray) Muma.  He married Tina Kagen in Las Vegas, NV on August 22, 1997.  Lester was a graduate of Flint Southwestern High School.  He was employed for many years by the Flint Water Department as a Water Distribution Operator.  He was a member of Union Local #1600. Lester enjoyed hunting, playing hockey, and softball, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, both at home and "Up North".

He is survived by:  wife, Tina;  children, Desirae (Jon) Scott, Madison (Isaac) Ingerson, and Dalton Muma;  grandchildren, Warren Scott and Laurelli Ingerson;  parents, Floyd and Permelia "Pam" Muma;  brother, Samuel (Regina) Muma;  father and mother in law, Dave and Maryann Vanderford;  sisters and brothers in law, Tammy Fay, Tori (John) Maygar, and Jason (Sarah) Kagen;  and many nieces and nephews.
