Lervine Beaird

Beaird, Lervine D. - Age 81, of Swartz Creek, died February 1, 2017. Services have been held. Lervine was born August 18, 1935 in Leachville, Arkansas the daughter of Henry and Pauline (Davis) Leiss. She married Edward H. "Bud" Beaird on November 27, 1954 in Flint. She was a loving wife and mother. Lervine loved to Square Dance and entertain. The family home had a large patio and the family would dance and laugh together. She enjoyed traveling to their home in Florida. She also enjoyed canning and gardening. What the family will miss the most about Lervine is that she was a great listener. Surviving are: husband of 63 years, Edward "Bud"; three children, Polly Beaird, John (Arlene) Beaird, Don (Karen) Beaird; grandchildren, Rachel, Brian, Pauline, Danielle, Jacob and Amanda; 9 great grandchildren; mother, Pauline Leiss-Burton; brother, Mahlon Leiss-Burton; sister, Sue Beaird (Daniel Burton).
