Leotta Conant

CONANT, Leotta Marie - Age 90, of Fenton, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2016, surrounded by her family. Private family services have been held. Leotta was born February 27, 1926 in North Little Rock, AR, the daughter of Chester and Neva (Whitten) Gatewood. She spent her early years in Arkansas and California, moving to Flint in 1955. Later in life she lived in Fenton and wintered in Florida. Leotta was an avid golfer. She enjoyed playing tennis, playing bridge and boating. She is survived by her devoted husband, Al; children, Sharon (Ralph) Light, Dr. James (Phoebe) Ploucha, Lawrence (Janet) Ploucha, Greg E. (Patti) Conant; grandchildren, Tracey (John) Howard, Robert Light, Courtney (Zachary) Ducker, Tyler Ploucha, Jennifer, Tracy, Matthew, Sarah, Kathryn; great grandchildren, Jameson, Beckham.
