GEARHART, Leo Charles - Age 72, of Linden, died Monday, June 8, 2009. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Military honors will be held under the auspices of Fenton V.F.W. Curtis Wolverton Post #3243. Those desiring may make contributions to Lake Fenton United Methodist Church or St. Vincent DePaul. Leo was born March 30, 1937 in Flint, the son of Ezra and Emma Gearhart. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII and was a member of Fenton V.F.W. Curtis Wolverton Post #3243. He retired from GM Truck and Bus. Surviving are: wife, Margaret; three children, Sally Gearhart, Lloyd and wife Christy Gearhart, David and wife Jean Gearhart; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth and husband Bud Cox, Tootie and husband Merland Staffne.
