SCHIPANI, Lenita E. - Age 87, of Howell, died Saturday, July 11, 2015. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 17, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Frank C. Schipani officiating. Burial immediately following in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 1-9 PM Thursday and 10:00 AM until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. Lenita was born May 15, 1928 in Weston, WV the daughter of Bernie and Syble (Montgomery) Snyder. She married Frank Schipani September 16, 1946 in Maryland and he preceded her in death December 7, 2014. She had resided in Howell for the past 20 years coming from Plymouth. Lenita was a member of the Church of Christ her entire life. She also was very active in her children's activities in their youth. Surviving are: 6 children, Frank and wife Jo Schipani of White Lake Township, John and wife Pattie Schipani of Howell, Susie and husband Dennis Harner of Gainesville, FL, Ray Schipani of Nashville, TN, Sandy and husband Wayne Latta of Linden, and Pam and husband Keith Jones of Livonia; 12 grandchildren, Frank, Joey (Phillip), Carri (Chris), Lauren, Jennifer, Michelle (Amy), C.J., Nicholas (Kelly), Katie, Michael (Lindsey), Scott, Andy (Jeanne); 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; sister, Norma "Peg" Drankiewicz of Flint; and several nieces and nephews.
