LeeAnn was born November 2, 1956 in Flint, the daughter of Elmer and Rosalie (Sandy) Jansen. She married Foster Baxter on September 17, 1977. LeeAnn loved to crochet and make blankets for people. She is survived by her husband, Foster Baxter; 2 children, Nancy Baxter, Michelle (Matthew) Shustock; grandson, Jeremiah; siblings, Della St. Cin, Nancy Pantoja, and Michael Jansen; several nieces and nephews.
