STARR, Lawrence Anthony "Larry" - Age 58 of Swartz Creek, died Saturday December 27, 2014. Services will be held 11:30 AM Monday, January 5, 2015 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project. Lawrence was born December 3, 1956, the son of Edward and Rosemary Starr. He was a Veteran of the U.S.M.C and the U.S. Army. He married Cheryl Hatfield on July 1, 2004. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. Surviving are wife, Cheryl Starr; children, Jennifer Starr, Kristina (Jason) Schilling; Stepchildren, Tracie (Chad Strickland) Hatfield, Tamara (Nick) Corbat; father, Edward (Irene) Starr; beloved grandchildren, Taylor Strickland and Alex Schilling; siblings, Mike Starr, Danny (Delly) Starr, Rick (Alice) Starr, Ronnie (Lori) Starr, Cindy (Will) Esperon.
