Lawrence Palmer

Palmer, Lawrence J., age 70, of Grand Blanc passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007 at his home. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Township. Visitation will be held Sunday 6-8 PM and Monday 2-4 and 6-8 Pm at the funeral home. Lawrence was born in Lynco, West Virginia, son of John and India (Mitchum)Palmer.  He retired from General Motors in 1988 after 30 years of service.  Lawrence married Mary Haney, February 13, 1960 in Corruna.  Surviving are his wife Mary, children; Sheila and husband Owen of Flint, Vincent of Flint, Curtis and wife Amy of Davison, Teresa and husband Keith of Flushing, Billy and wife Angie of Grand Blanc, Joe and wife Angie of Flint; 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brothers.
