Lawrence Palmatier

Palmatier, Lawrence Robert - Age 74, of Fenton, died October 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, October 28 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Interment in Tyrone Memory Gardens, Fenton. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday. Lawrence was born October 1, 1942 in Flint the son of John Rose Palmatier and Zelma Irene ( Seeley) Palmatier. He was married to Ruth Jane Mockbee on September 21, 1963. He retired from Chevrolet Manufacturing in 1995 with 33 years of service and was a member of UAW Local 659. "He was always a gentleman" and a kind loving husband, father, and grandfather. Surviving are: wife of 53 years, Ruth; three sons Larry (Sarah) of Edmonds, WA, David (Jane) of Linden, Jeffrey of Fenton; three grandchildren, Nathan of Miami, FL, Jake of Fenton, Taylor of Fenton; brother Richard (Doris); sister Shirley Kelly.
