Lawrence Beardslee

Lawrence "Larry" Beardslee, age 72 of Lennon, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. A memorial service will be held at a future date, the family asks that you continue to keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Larry's journey with Congestive Heart Failure , CPOD and Cardio Myopathy was long and arduous. Due to his severe illnesses, he was a private individual who kept to himself in his own home for the last twelve years of his life. Through social media he was able to reconnect with old school friends and relive some of the glory day through their connection.

He was born on December 30, 1949, to the late Charles (Cynthia) Beardslee in Northville, Michigan. He married Josette Lahar on August 16, 1999.
Before Larry became ill, he worked as a photographer, he loved the opportunity to travel in order to capture nature, animals and people. He enjoyed fishing trips to Canada or anywhere else the fish were biting. Studying the Bible and seeking the Lord was his most important goal. His greatest joy was looking forward to being with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Larry is survived by his wife, Josette; his son, Chrisjuan   Beardslee; his daughter, Jessica Kellaway; 6 grandchildren, Easton, Owen & Kellen Beardslee and Ezra, Bronn Kellaway and Layla Sargent. His nieces and nephews, Bethany (Bryce) Mills, Abbi and Evan. His friends who became family, China (Nick) David and their children, Nate, Audrina and Amara.
