Lavina Tremblay

TREMBLAY, Lavina  Age 87, of Flint, died Thursday, October 7, 2004 at her residence. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 9, 2004 at Calvary Christian Church, 7315 Corunna Road, Swartz Creek, with Pastor Michael Haines officiating.  Interment will be held at Bendle Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes; Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek from 5-8 PM Friday and at the church from 11AM until time of service Saturday.  Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Missionary Fund of Calvary Christian Church. Mrs. Tremblay was born November 21, 1916 in Clearwater County, MN, the daughter of Louis E. and Carrie E. (Nass) Fults. She married Howard L. Tremblay on August 24, 1938 in Lennon. Mrs. Tremblay was a 1934 graduate of Flushing High School and a 1938 graduate of Hurley Nursing School. She was a member of Calvary Christian Church. Surviving are: husband, Howard L. ; four children, Dorothy and husband, Thomas Yoder of Saginaw, Thomas Tremblay of Flint, Paul Tremblay and wife, Martha of Fenton, Diane and husband, James Coolich of Byron; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Louis Fults and wife, Carolyn of Flint, Ronald Fults and wife, Bert of Fenton; sister, Phyllis and husband, David Fawcett of New Mexico.
